Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Predictify app (“the app”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Predictify lets you predict football scores, use a weekly joker, join or create private leagues, and compare results with people you invite. You can join a private league with an invite link, by scanning a league QR code with the camera, or from a photo on your device. Fixture data and team names are shown so you can identify matches. The app is provided for entertainment.

Your account

You need an email address and password to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us at support@predictify.co.uk if you think someone else has used it.

• Do not share your login or create accounts to impersonate someone else.
• Do not use the app to harass others, break the law, or disrupt the service.

You can delete your account in the app under Settings → Privacy Policy, or request deletion at https://app.predictify.co.uk/delete-account. Deletion anonymises your profile. Predictions may remain labelled “Deleted User” so league history stays intact. Transfer ownership of shared leagues before you delete.

Sweepstakes and money

Some leagues can show optional sweepstake amounts (fees, prize splits, paid/unpaid markers). This is a private display aid for your group. Predictify does not collect, hold, transfer, or pay any money, and does not run a gambling or payment service.

If members choose to settle money among themselves, they do so entirely outside the app and must follow the laws where they live. Apple is not a sponsor of any contest, sweepstake, or prize. Do not use sweepstake display if that would be unlawful where you are.

Team names and crests

Club names, crests, colours, and competition names belong to their respective owners. Predictify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club, league, or governing body. We show those marks only to help you recognise fixtures.

Your content

You keep ownership of the names, predictions, and league details you submit. You grant us a licence to store and display them in the app so leagues and leaderboards work. Do not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or intended to harm others.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free scores, or that fixture data will always be complete. Use of the app is at your own risk, except where the law says we cannot limit our responsibility (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

Changes

We may update these terms in the app and on our website. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
